Procedimento para Informar Infrações de Direitos Autorais

Se você acha que o seu trabalho foi copiado de um jeito que constitui a infração de direitos autorais, ou os seus direitos de propriedade intelectuais foram de outra maneira violados, por favor nos dê as seguintes informações:

1. Uma assinatura eletrônica ou física da pessoa autorizando a atuar em nome do proprietário dos direitos autorais ou outro interesse de propriedade intelectual;

2. Uma descrição do trabalho de direitos autorais ou outra propriedade intelectual que você reclama ter sido infringida;

3. Uma descrição de onde o material que você reclama está sendo infringindo é localizada no site (forneça os URL'S específicos de cada item na discussão para nós localizarmos rapidamente o conteúdo) 

4. O seu endereço, número telefônico, e endereço de e-mail;

5. Uma declaração sua que você tem uma boa fé e acredita que o uso discutido não é autorizado pelo proprietário de direitos autorais, o seu agente, ou a lei;

6. Uma declaração sua, feita sob pena de perjúrio, que a informação acima  na sua notícia é correta, e que você é o autor, ou o proprietário intelectual ou foi autorizado a fazer pelo autor ou o proprietário intelectual.

A falha ao incluir todas as informações acima, especialmente as URL's específicas onde o conteúdo pode ser encontrado, resultará em um atraso do processamento ou a notificação DCMA. 

Notice And Takedown

If the Company receives proper notification of claimed copyright infringement it will respond expeditiously by removing, or disabling access to, the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. Company will also comply with the appropriate provisions of the DMCA in the event a counter notification is received.

The Company may, at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be repeat infringers.

How do I file a DMCA counter notice?

To expedite our ability to process your counter notification, please use the following format (including section numbers):

1. Identify the specific URLs of material that OleOle has removed or to which OleOle has disabled access.
2. Provide your full name, address, telephone number, and email address, and the username of your OleOle account.
3. Provide a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or San Francisco County, California if your address is outside of the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
4. Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
5. Sign the notice. If you are providing notice by e-mail, a scanned physical signature or a valid electronic signature will be accepted.
